You might be saying, hold up… can you even call this guacamole?! It’s missing some key ingredients to make it all the more flavorful and delicious.

While I agree, hear me out! 😂

My sweet grandmother had come to visit one day and my two-year-old son who was not into raw onions—(I’ll give him a pass! 😂)— went absolutely nuts for the guacamole she brought.

I loved it too! When I asked her what was in it, I couldn’t believe how simple (and delicious!) it was.

As Michael Scott might describe, this was a “win-win-win”.

Disclaimer: I have a wonderful Mexican foodie of an uncle who’s been featured in culinary magazines… don’t let me fool you into saying this is the guacamole of guacamole’s you’ll ever have.

However, if you’re looking for super easy, super quick, and healthy concoctions to whip up for yourself or family on the fly… this is the bomb.com! 🥑✨

VARIATIONS

Obviously, you can splash this up a little or a lot:

Skip the onion powder and chop up a fresh red onion, instead.

Add chopped up cilantro, a squirt of lime, or maybe chopped Roma tomatoes—as always, make it your own!
