Like trying to open every file and program on your computer to experience freezing, crashing, and malfunctioning, imagine your thoughts, ideas, and to-do lists are quite similar.

I work in passionate cycles. On, off, on, off, ON.

Knowing what I want to focus on is key. Taking mini breaks to clean my kitchen, read a book, meditate, stretch, or call my mom are all great ways for me to step away from my work, take a chill pill, and come back fresh with intention and energy.

To me it is all about self-mastery and using your energy in the wisest ways possible.

I think the process is just as unique as each of us are, so it really is an inner journey to find what's best for you.

But for me, it's overwhelm.

I have four books, three e-courses, two webpages, twelve newsletters, and hundreds of blog posts in mind to get out into the world and on Peace to the People.

Where the hell to begin?

That's the question.

Lol.

But the answer isn't to try to take on EVERYTHING at once. Though I work in connected cycles and one project often inspires me to jump to the next, I try to focus on a few tasks at a time.
