Instant Pot Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

 

• 16 ounce Box of Elbow Macaroni

• 4 Cups of Chicken Broth 🍗

• 2 ½ Tablespoons of Butter 🧈

• 1 ¼ teaspoon of Garlic Powder 🎇

• ¾ teaspoon of Salt 🧂

• 3 Cups Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese 🧀

• ½ Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 🧀

• ¾ Cup of Whole Milk 🥛

 
 

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Put uncooked elbow macaroni, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, and salt into the Instant Pot.

2) Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes release the steam of the Instant Pot.

3) In the pot, add the milk and a few handfuls of cheese at a time, stirring until creamy and smooth.

4) Add salt to taste. Enjoy!

This is ridiculously amazing macaroni and cheese, and is so easy to make.

I would much rather eat these ingredients than anything ultra-processed I could buy at the store.

You could argue that it’s just as easy to make this recipe, and it is the epitome of delicious comfort food.

VARIATIONS

You can make this with different types of noodles, or cheese.

Some people add different spices, hot sauce, bacon… make it your own!
