Parmesan and Panko Crusted Salmon

INGREDIENTS

 

• Fresh Salmon 🐡

• 3⁄4 Cup of Mayonnaise

• ½ Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese 🧀

• ¼ Cup Garlic and Salt Seasoning 🧄

• 3⁄4 Cup of Panko Bread Crumbs 🍞

 
 

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Set the oven to 425°.

2) Place a sheet parchment paper and the salmon on a baking sheet.

3) Sprinkle the salmon with the garlic and salt seasoning.

4) Mix the mayonnaise and grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl with a spoon.

5) Scoop and spread the mayonnaise and parmesan cheese mixture on top of the salmon.

6) Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

7) Sprinkle a dash more garlic and salt seasoning on top.

8) Place in the oven for 22 minutes.

Depending on the thickness, if not quite ready, I usually set a timer for another two minutes and check again.

My mom discovered this recipe, and after months of hearing many family members rave about this salmon, I finally decided I’d give it a try.

My very favorite meal with this salmon? Salmon, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and fresh bread.
