Pasta Salad with Tomatoes, Onions, and Black Olives

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Box of Whole Grain Rotini Pasta ✨
• 1–2 Handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes 🍅
• A Can of Pitted Black Olives 🎇
• 1 Large Yellow Onion 🧅
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Boil the noodles as instructed on box.
2) Strain the noodles and rinse them in cold water.
3) Put the noodles in large bowl and add the olives and tomatoes.
4) Dice up a large onion and add to the bowl.
5) Drizzle with Italian salad dressing, adding as much as you want.
6) Stir it up and enjoy!

Disclaimer: I personally like not only simple meals, but also generally quite plain ones. So…
Does this mean you shouldn’t add all of your very favorite pasta salad related items to the foundation of this basic pasta salad? Heck no!
VARIATIONS
Where to start or end?! It’s pasta salad!
I like mine pretty darn boring and simple, but I know many who like to add:
• Cucumber
• Broccoli
• Parsley
• Basil
You can add anything you like to this pasta salad!
Instead of rotini, you could also use penne or bow tie pasta.
Whole wheat is usually my go to, but you do you. 🤗
