Streamlining Social Media Management
Living in the city without a dog door, it dawned on me the first week of having a new puppy: I will need to go outside and face the weather at least five times a day for as long as this dog shall live.
It dawned on me the first week of becoming a Social Media Manager: I am on every single day.
Of course from when I first started to now, SO MUCH has changed, most certainly for the sanity of social media managers everywhere.
With the ability to auto post and schedule your content ahead of time, this alone reduced my time spent by at least half.

To take my Social Media Management + Marketing Course for Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and People like my Parents
I am a real person. A goofball. A webmaster, marketing specialist, photographer, writer, and social media manager for the last 5+ years.
At this point in the game, I've been chasing my dreams of becoming a true blue entrepreneur for over a decade now, as the nerdy former president of my high school entrepreneurship club.
My great grandfather was an entrepreneur. My grandfather was an entrepreneur. My father is an entrepreneur. I am an entrepreneur.
It is in my blood to run my own business and as a yoga and meditation teacher I can vouch that it takes a great deal of self-love, courage, and self-belief to start a business and really stand up and walk the walk.
A year after beginning my first official company with the state of Ohio, I'm ready to step up a little taller and own my business: Peace to the People, LLC.
So who am I and what do I do? I am Kelli Schaffter and I am a helper to my friends, family, mentors, and peers.
I'm here to help and bring what I bring best: enthusiasm, rhythm, and intuitive creativity.
I have made a living for myself in an industry I am not technically trained.
But I believe a healthy dose of common sense and consistent effort can get you just as far (if not farther) than complicated theories.
I'm simple, straightforward, and will try to teach you what I know in an engaging and playful way.
Take what you love and leave the rest!
Let me know in the comments below if any of this was useful! ;)
Start with the Social Media Guides!
Who is this for? Small business owners, entrepreneurs, and people like my parents. Haha!
To many Social Media Managers these will be no-brainer tips and tricks.
But if I've learned anything over the last five years of managing Social Media accounts it is this: MANY people do not know these little tips and tricks, and this blog (and these guides!) are made with you in mind.
Promoting this book, easy.
Greens and blues.
Green conveys wealth, prosperity, and organic, green growing nature.
Blue is notoriously a calming, cooling color that brings peace of mind.
Color theory, branding, and digital marketing are all shown in full, interconnected practice in this book.
As a yoga teacher, this book is perfectly aligned in that it is in reality, 1 % theory and 99% PRACTICE.
This is a book leading people by doing, and sharing my secrets and raw results of each experiment.
If something I did failed, sure, get a look.
But mostly you will see what I did in live time to achieve my results.
As it is about digital media, it is closely tied to a blog on my website dedicated to entreprenuers, solopreneurs, and contractors. Small business owners looking to drive their own marketing efforts.
As a photographer, burned by other photographers.
I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. IT WAS FREE TO TAKE THOSE.
Digital has changed EVERYTHING, and treating people how you want to be treated very well better be where you're coming from.
What I've found? If you are transparent, open, and overly upfront with your clients... they will actually WANT to help you!
People LOVE to support other people they believe in.
I'm a walking {underlined link} hype machine for the people and places I personally love.
As an entrepreneur in this political climate, I can say with all certainty that it's a shakey world out there, and for me, spirituality, physicality, and intellectua l success are all inherently interconnected.
Maybe you haven't gotten to know as many rich and well-off people as I have over the years... so maybe you didn't get to witness first hand some of the most brilliant and successful and self-made people you ever saw with dysfunctional home lifes, bad eating and exercise habits, shitty home lives.
Some people can have so much and still have so little.
The suicide after suicide after suicide after suicide of some of my greatest heroes who "made it" are confrimign that much more that RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW is what we need to focus on.
Even if we reach our greatest goals and get "there", will we still be misterable, and more so miserable because we actually thought our problems would go away with the right amount of status or success?
I will never forget being twenty-one years old first learning of mindfulness and meditation.
I was barefoot in the front hall of the mansion of my M.B.A. boss. He came from humble Northeastern Ohio roots from not much. He owned two successful businesses and was an author of several books.
He said to me most seriously, "There is no such thing as Nirvana. Trust me. It's unattainable."
I looked up to the highest ceilings, around at the expensive furtniture, the proof of material success abound.
"There is no such thing as Nirvana. Trust me."
Showing these skills transposed into action, which is really the most integral factor to succeeding.
Action, follow through, and consistency.
Everything else is great, but won't get you too far too fast.
