But the point is to build CONSISTENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY and prove to yourself that you can finish what you set out to do.
This builds a snowball effect of momentum and motivation.
Usually, once you’re moving and feeling good, you are likely to keep going and do more.
But if you are beat and really don’t want to… don’t. Just move for fifteen minutes and pat yourself on the back.
Eat well. Move well. Be well.
Stop clinging and grasping for results. They will inevitably come with time, repetion, and relaxation.
