Nonduality in Life and Business
I knew lumping all that I am into one cohesive business would be at first a challenge, and eventually, my greatest asset.
I am not so easily chopped into theoretical pieces, and this is a) philosophically as authentic as I can possibly be: the executed action of a beautiful theory of reality.
Most of the problems I see with modern entrepreneurs are precisely due to people being overly encouraged to chop up their passions and businesses into separate brands, separate identities, separate pieces of themselves.
That has never made sense to me and goes against the grain of my deepest passions and masteries on the subjects of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga nidra.
Paulo Coehlo said it best in his incredible book, The Alchemist: don’t forget that everything is one thing.
Sure, many people may SAY they understand that concept—but I long to see people EXECUTING their action.
As Iyengar said so aptly about yoga, “it is 99% practice and 1% theory”
I can gab and rant and write all day, but if I am not LIVING my truth, what’s the point?
So with that in mind, I stubbornly refused to hack off my expertise as an artist and social media strategist, digital marketing specialist just because I am also a musician and highly certified yoga and meditation teacher.
Many of my marketing stratgies coem from my inherent knowledge of rhytyhm, tempo, and confident consistency.
My brand is more vast than most, for a reason. Aligned with the ever-evolving changes of the seasons and years, I don’t utilize 2-4 colors like so many are encouraged to. My constant colors are black, white, and every shade in between.
It’s one thing to TALK about nonduality, but another to live it;.
