Alright friends: today we're talking about SIMPLE changes you can incorporate into your lifestyle.

Time and time again I see that people in my life are coming home from their days exhausted.

They do not have the time to exercise, they say.

Which, I'll be honest, I get.

A large part of me becoming a certified yoga teacher and fitness instructor was specifically so I could lead a flexible and healthy lifestyle. I admit, it's pretty great most days.

But for everyday people coming home from long and potentially stressful work weeks—what can we do?

My advice?

Start SMALL!

SUPER SMALL!

Write checklists that make you laugh at yourself for how stupid they seem.
