Sheesh/ alright, alright: I know many who can relate to this, and I used to need a push to get active myself.

What I found more than anything? People are often stuck in their heads.

I know people who have been complaining about their weight to anyone who would listen for YEARS, talking about how they SHOULD workout… to even find these are the same people complaining about being BORED with their EXCESSIVE FREE TIME?!

Hmmmmm.

Our problems are what we are unwilling to face.

Often, the answers to our problems are so obvious we don’t see them, or make a point of refusing to see them.

To the person mad at themselves for gaining twenty pounds, you might be feel guilt and self-loathing for disappointing yourself, for having gotten to this place that you need to fight your way out of…

How about avoiding the struggle all together?

You might conceive of how much work is ahead of you, how much it will take to reach your results.

If you are in this boat, you hae psyched yourself out.

Don’t focus on the big picture in this scenario.

Just move for fifteen minutes.

Get some endorphins abrewing.

2) Let go of absolutely stupid excuses.

Come on. If you’ve used any of these as excuses, admit to yourself: these are stupid excuses.
