Create Positive Patterns in Your Life
As we know, it’s easier to build good habits than to break bad ones.
I find that often I have little to base my change on, as usually there are many constants changing.
Working out more? I often also get more sleep and drink more water, and not wanting to waste my efforts, often find myself eating much better as well.
I could isolate each positive change in my life and attempt to generate more concrete statistics… but I haven’t owned a scale in many years and gauge my health and fitness on how I feel, look, and perform.
I’m intuitive by nature.
