I come in peace. I am not in competition with anyone.

I am not competing with the many amazing yoga studios in Columbus Ohio. We absolutely need to support these places supporting her teachers and our causes.

I got started in yoga through Rodney Yee videotapes and I absolutely love the P90X tapes.

As a college student without a lot of money that is what I was looking for was a free practice and something that I could do that was very self reflective and was just focused with me.
